Thank you for shopping with CalFour. We are committed to providing a smooth and hassle-free shopping experience. Please read our Exchange, Return, and Refund Policy carefully before placing your order.
General Policy
If we accidentally send you the wrong item and you would like a quick exchange, we can generate a return slip for you. In this case, you will need to visit the relevant courier office and return the item.
If you prefer a reverse pickup service, please note that the courier company may take up to 12 working days to arrange the pickup.
If you ordered the wrong item, size, or color by mistake, the return shipping cost will be your responsibility.
To ensure a convenient shopping experience, CalFour offers a 15-Day Exchange & Return Policy. You may request an exchange or return within 15 days of receiving your order.
Important Conditions
- Exchange and return requests will only be approved if the item is:
- Unused
- Unwashed
- In its original condition
- Returned with all original tags, labels, packaging, and accessories

Note: As per international manufacturing standards, a size variation of up to 1 inch is considered acceptable.
Delivery charges are non-refundable and will be deducted from exchange or refund amounts.
Exchange and refund processing may take 5–10 working days.
Return or exchange shipping charges must be paid by the customer.
Exchange Policy
1. Size Exchange
If the size you ordered does not fit:
- Pack the item in its original packaging with all tags attached.
- Ship or deliver the parcel to our office address (provided upon request).
- Once we receive and inspect the item, we will dispatch the requested size, subject to availability.
Processing Time: 4–6 working days after receiving the returned item.
2. Exchange for Another Product
If you would like to exchange your purchased item for a different product:
- Pack the item in its original packaging with all tags attached.
- Ship or deliver the parcel to our office address (provided upon request).
- Once the returned item is received and approved, we will send the replacement product(s), subject to availability.
Processing Time: 4–6 working days after receiving the returned item.
Return & Refund Policy
1. Returning an Item
If you are not satisfied with your purchase and would like a refund:
- Send the item to our office address (address will be shared when your return request is approved).
- After receiving the item, we will inspect it to ensure it is unused and all original tags are attached.
- Once approved, your refund will be processed.
2. Refund Methods
Cash Back Refund
If you choose to receive your money back, we can process the refund through:
- Bank Transfer
- Easypaisa
- JazzCash
Note: A processing fee of Rs. 200 will be deducted from the total refund amount.
Refund Processing Time: 5–10 working days.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
How to Exchange or Return an Item
To initiate an exchange or return:
Step 1: Complete the Return Form
Fill out the Return Form and include it with your return package.
Change block type or style
Move Heading block from position 46 up to position 45
Move Heading block from position 46 down to position 47
Change alignment
Change text alignment
Displays more block tools
If you do not have a Return Form, please contact our support team for assistance.
Step 2: Repack the Item
Securely pack the item(s) you wish to return or exchange, along with the completed Return Form.
Step 3: Ship the Package
The customer is responsible for sending the parcel using a traceable shipping method such as:
- Courier Service
- Registered Mail
Shipping costs for returns and exchanges must be paid by the customer.
